Evidence of means and Lifestyle reporting

We will visit your customer and make enquiries on your behalf producing a comprehensive report detailing your customer's most up to date circumstances. This will include employment and residential status, assets and liabilities and income and expenditure. You decide whether you want our enquiries to be by appointment or by discreet surveillance.

Debt and mortgage shortfall counselling

We will attend at the address of a Bank or Building Society customer to counsel them with regard to their current debts with the aim of finding a suitable way of repayment or proposals for stage payments without court action being taken. We are always firm but fair in our endeavours on your behalf.

Credit card and cheque book recovery

Our local managers provide a fast, efficient service to recover your property anywhere in the UK. We are happy to receive instructions by telephone or fax for urgent cases.

Property repossessions

We undertake both voluntary and Bailiff appointment repossessions. Our service includes lock changes, generally making the property as secure as possible and dealing with the utilities. Our report will provide a full inventory of items remaining in the property together with an appropriate valuation of the property. Our service is often extended to include supervision of the sale including liaison with agents, negotiation of fees and periodic inspections of the property whilst empty. Any remedial work required to the property can be arranged.

Trace enquiries

When contact is lost with a client or debtor, we will trace the whereabouts of the subject and report the new address and other relevant information. Based on our unique field force, results are considerably more successful than more traditional telephone enquiries or voters roll searches.
