No matter what duration the hearing our managers and senior staff will represent your firm at Court attending upon Counsel anywhere in the UK. We will collect the file as appropriate and return it to you complete with a detailed report on the proceedings.

Process Serving

Documents issued out of the High Court, County Court and Magistrates Court very often require personal delivery to ensure that the proposed recipient does actually receive them. We attend at the home of the subject and personally deliver the documents and thereafter swear Affdavit of Service. It is our practice to attend on up to 3 occasions to effect personal service at no extra charge to our client.

Statement Taking

Solicitors and Insurance Companies often need statements to be taken from witnesses or potential witnesses to an accident or even a crime which may have been committed. We will arrange to interview the subject and take a detailed written statement at any location in the UK.

Accident Plans & Photographs

Solicitors and Insurance Companies often require plans to be prepared of the scene of an accident which can be produced in Court if necessary. We are qualified to prepare such plans and take a series of detailed photographs to be produced with the plans as evidence.

Matrimonial Enquiries

Our managers are trained and qualified to make such discreet enquiries as are necessary to substantiate or otherwise any claims that might have been made.
